Aspire ES1-512 Wie kann man die Acer-Community erreichen ?

Liebe Acer-Freunde,
ich versuche seit 1 Woche tägl. mind. 10 mal in die Acer-Community hereinzukommen.
Ich habe eine ACER-ID. Aber es funktioniert nicht.
Wenn ich mich anmelden will, kommt jedesmal die folgende Fehlermeldung:

Da gibt es z.Z. wohl Probleme mit dem (den) Server(n) !?
Ich zitiere:

Da hilft auch kein Aus-/Einloggen!
