Darüber hinaus scheinst Du nicht verstehen zu wollen, was wir Dir hier schon eine ganze Weile zu vemitteln versuchen >>> diese Ersatzteil wird kaum jemand - zu bezahlbaren Konditionen - auf Lager haben und daher wird es bestellt werden "müssen", mit der daraus resultierenden mehrwöchigen Lieferzeit.

I had already concluded the above to likely be true. I was just hoping someone on the forum knew somewhere where the fan could be found.

I am very nervous that the fan will not be available at all ever again. My computer is not even 3 years old. Apparently Acer are not good at supplying spare parts for their computers. I WILL NEVER BUY AN ACER AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS!

I would like to add that the fan was ordered by a supplier here in Sweden on December 13th, so I have already waited 4 weeks to no avail. That is why I am not optimistic when I hear "4 weeks". I think the truth is nobody knows if the fan will ever be available again.

Could somebody tell me what EOL stands for? A supplier said this product is not EOL.

The Swedish supplier says that Acer has told him that the fan is presently only available for customers with warranty. Acer can not give a date when the fan will be available. The supplier in Sweden says he has bad experience with Acer when it comes to spare parts and also regarding information on spare parts.

That is why I have been looking all over the web to see if I could myself find this fan somewhere else in the world. In Sweden, just like in Germany, many sites offer that you can order it through them but when you do you end up with the same answer from Acer: "We don't know when it will be available." So I came to this forum asking for help, hoping that someone here could help me find a site which had the fan in stock, since I found this thread where an earlier poster had been helped by you. :)

I had already sent them this message:

"Anfragen: I can see that it says "Bestand: bestellt" on Acer Module Thermal MXM DIS 60.ARL07.004. Does this mean that you are waiting for an order to be filled from Acer? When did you place the order? How long have you been waiting?

I am asking because I have searched everywhere for this thermal module and it seems Acer can not say when and if it will arrive.

Grateful for any information on when this item may be available."

Do you guys have any experience under circumstances like these? Do you think there is hope for the product to become available again? Has anybody had this happen with other spare parts from Acer?

And what's up with tecshop.net claiming they have no fans in stock when you order from their site although they stated they had and then at the same time advertising them for 269 euro on Ebay?

Yes, English would have been better. I realize that now. Interesting though to realize how hard it must be for someone who does not properly know the language and how easily one's intention is misunderstood when the language skill is lacking.

I know checked their own page to see if it said they were out of stock. No! It still says "Ab lager. Lieferbar." but they have now raised the price to 89 euro!
