Habe problem mit meinem Navi (Acer p610)

Beim Starten von CoPilot tritt folgender Fehler auf:

Fatal Application Error
Application Navigation.exe has
performed an illegal operation
and will be shut down. If the
problem persists, contact the
program vendor.

Benötige eure Hilfe, wie ich diesen Fehler beheben könnte, wäre echt dankbar dafür.
