Aspire 5742 Windows 7 illegal (non Genuine) + ActiveX

Hallo,
ich habe Probleme mit einem 1/2 Jahr alten Aspire5742.
Seit einiger Zeit kommt immer wieder die Meldung, dass Win7 home premium nicht legal (not Genuine) ist.
Reparieren, Schlüssel neu eingeben hat alles nicht geholfen.
Acer Support gab an den Update KB971033 zu deinstallieren. Aber "Spui 4" sagt immer noch illegal. Ansonsten kommt die Meldung (vorläufig) nicht mehr, das ist aber nur Sympthombehebung oder?
Der MGAdiag Report (siehe am Ende) meldet 2 mismatched Files (watadminsvc.exe + sppcext.dll) und 2 tampered files (sppcext.dll.mui+slcext.dll.mui)
Ein Reparaturversuch mittels CHKDSK + SFC muß ich noch unternehmen.
Ein Wiederherstellen müßte wohl eine ganze Zeit zurück erfolgen ( Aug. oder Sep.).
Gibt es Vorschläge um das Problem zu beheben?

Das NB hat noch ein Problem mit ActiveX. Wenn ich versuche mit dem IE auf GMAIL Account anzumelden, dann kommt die Meldung ActiveX ist nicht gestartet. Änderungen im IE Sicherheit bringen nichts. Hängt das mit dem "ilegal" Problem zusammen?
Was könnte ich in diesem Fall noch tun?

Oder ist die gesamte Installation verkorkst und nur eine Neuinstallation
sinnvoll?
Für seriöse Vorschläge wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Ich würde vorschlagen:
- Daten extern sichern
- D2D-Recovery durführen
oder
- Clean-Install mit dem dem Key vom Notebook machen
