Problem with Acer TM 5520G

I have a problem with notebook Acer TravelMate 5520G. The screen is flickering, the colors are strange. Is it possible that this problem is becouse of drivers or maybe some program conflict?? I've installed the latest drivers for graphic card. The problem dissapears after restarting or hibernating the laptop. Maybe somebody knows what is wrong?? I have a photo of this problem:

have you test it with an external monitor? maybe your grafikcard is not right

I didn't do that. The problem appears irregulary, so it is hard to test it on external monitor...
