5920g Tasten ohne Funktion

Hallo erstmals,
ich habe zwei Acer 5920g Laptops mit folgender Ausstattung:

-core duo T7300
- 8600M GS Nvidia Geforce
- 4 GB DDR2
- Akku mit 4800mAh
- Akku mit 4400mAh

Folgendes trat bei dem ersten Laptop auf. Die Tasten F1, F2, q,w,a,s,y,x funktionieren nicht!!!
Beim Anschluß einer externen Tastaur gehts.
Jetzt hab ich das gleiche Problem am zweiten Gerät :confused:
Hab die Rams getauscht, mal mit und mal ohne Akku gestartet. Den einen für eine Woche vom Strom genommen, hat aber alles nix gebracht.
Bei meinem zweiten war das Problem schon mal aufgetaucht, ging aber nach herausnehmen und einstecken des Akkus und des Rams wieder?!
Jetzt klappts aber bei beiden nicht mehr!
Hat jemand einen Tip oder ähnliche Erfahrungen von euch???

Ich würd' mal das Tastaturkabel prüfen.
