Aspire Z5610 Fragen zur verbauten Cam und dem Bios-Flashen

Moin moin, hab mich mal gerade hier angemeldet
Bin seit gestern Besitzer o.g. AIO´s und bis auf 2 Sachen ganz zufrieden:

1. Die eingebaute Cam hat in jedem Vorschau-Fenster ein Bild mit grobem Rotstich und Klötzchenbildung. Muss ich dafür nen extra Treiber installieren - wenn ja: Was ist das für eine Cam?

2. Hab ich versucht, das BIOS zu flashen - mit der Fehlermeldung, das es keine 64-bit Version ist. Bios von der Supportsite, also orig. P01-A4.

Das aktuellste Bios - http://global-download.acer.com/GDF...3=Aspire Z5610&OS=701&LC=de&BC=Acer&SC=EMEA_8 - lässt sich auch nur mit einem bootfähigen USB-Stick flashen!

FLASH PROCEDURE:
1) Make a bootable USB key at first.
2) Uncompress the zip file to the USB key.
3) Boot the system with USB key.
4) Please execute EL8.bat. Phoenix Phlash16 Utility will start.
5) If it finished normally, the system will auto reboot.
6) After power on the system, you must set up CMOS information by following step.
a) Start BIOS Setup Utility by pressing Del key at message screen.
b) Confirm the BIOS version at Main Menu.
c) After initializing by Exit-Load Setup Defaults, Set Date/Time at Main Menu, then reboot by Exit-Exit Saving Changes.
7) Flash process would have finished successfully.
